Indigenous Eats is growing—and we’re hiring two team members who want more than just a job. We’re looking for people who want to learn, grow, and step into leadership with us.

These roles will start part-time during training and quickly move into ~35 hours/week.

What You’ll Do (to start):

• Work Front of House—customer service, orders, and creating a welcoming experience

• Learn our systems, menu, and flow of service

• Support team operations across locations and events

Where You’re Headed:
We are actively developing leaders. You’ll be trained in:

• Back of House (line, prep, systems)

• Frybread/bread production

• Food safety and kitchen operations

Who We’re Looking For:
We care less about experience—and more about who you are.

You might be a good fit if you:

• Show up with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Have lived experience within Native communities and care about people and community

• Can move with urgency and stay calm under pressure

• Are coachable and open to learning multiple roles

• Want to grow into leadership over time

Pay:

• Starting wage: $17.13/hour (WA minimum wage)

• Tips are shared across the team (not guaranteed), currently averaging total hourly earnings: ~$21–$22/hour
