Now Hiring: (2 Positions) Front of House and/or Cook
Indigenous Eats | Spokane, WA
Indigenous Eats is growing—and we’re hiring two team members who want more than just a job. We’re looking for people who want to learn, grow, and step into leadership with us.
These roles will start part-time during training and quickly move into ~35 hours/week.
What You’ll Do (to start):
Work Front of House—customer service, orders, and creating a welcoming experience
Learn our systems, menu, and flow of service
Support team operations across locations and events
Where You’re Headed:
We are actively developing leaders. You’ll be trained in:
Back of House (line, prep, systems)
Frybread/bread production
Food safety and kitchen operations

You might be a good fit if you:
Show up with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Have lived experience within Native communities and care about people and community
Can move with urgency and stay calm under pressure
Are coachable and open to learning multiple roles
Want to grow into leadership over time
Pay:
Starting wage: $17.13/hour (WA minimum wage)
Tips are shared across the team (not guaranteed), currently averaging total hourly earnings: ~$21–$22/hour
